Security Of Your Information?

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

Credit Card Companies. As in any transaction, your credit card company will have all relevant information about the name of the vendor, item(s) purchased, and date and total cost. On those pages where you are required to enter your credit card information to complete a transaction, we will not otherwise provide any personal data to your credit card company.

Offline and online contact information is handled differently. Offline contact information (i.e., your name and mailing address) is shared with third parties who require that information to fulfill their obligation to communicate with you about a product or service on our Site. If you opt-out of our sharing this information, the third party will be unable to communicate with you about your prize or potential prize.

Controls For Do Not Track Features.

As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

California Privacy Rights.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Updating Your Information.

In our communications, we include detailed unsubscribe/opt-out instructions as appropriate. It is much more efficient if you utilize the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the communication. Upon request, and to the extent practicable, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your information from our databases. At our discretion, we may determine that your lack of engagement indicates your desire to opt-out of receiving our communications. For example, you may be removed from our email list if you have not opened an email from us for a certain period of time. You may opt-in again at any time.

If you delete any user generate content or materials which you provided, copies of such content or materials may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the websites. Changes in Corporate Structure.
