We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience for all of our users and subscribers. We do not market directly to or knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Information We Collect About You.

Generally, you can visit our Site, read articles and other materials, and check on offerings without giving us any “personal information” (defined below). Security Of Your Information?

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

Credit Card Companies. As in any transaction, your credit card company will have all relevant information about the name of the vendor, item(s) purchased, and date and total cost. On those pages where you are required to enter your credit card information to complete a transaction, we will not otherwise provide any personal data to your credit card company.

Offline and online contact information is handled differently. Offline contact information (i.e., your name and mailing address) is shared with third parties who require that information to fulfill their obligation to communicate with you about a product or service on our Site. If you opt-out of our sharing this information, the third party will be unable to communicate with you about your prize or potential prize.

Controls For Do Not Track Features.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.  No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

California Privacy Rights.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

Updating Your Information.

In our communications, we include detailed unsubscribe/opt-out instructions as appropriate. It is much more efficient if you utilize the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the communication. However, if you need further assistance with unsubscribing or opting-out of any communications, CONTACT US for assistance. Upon request, and to the extent practicable, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your information from our databases. However, be aware we may be unable to remove your information from the records of any third party who has received your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

At our discretion, we may determine that your lack of engagement indicates your desire to opt-out of receiving our communications. For example, you may be removed from our email list if you have not opened an email from us for a certain period of time. You may opt-in again at any time.

If you delete any user generate content or materials which you provided, copies of such content or materials may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the websites. Proper access and use of information provided on the website, including any user generated content or material, is governed by our Terms of Service.

Changes in Corporate Structure.

In developing our business, we might sell certain assets, or the company, or parts of it, may be sold, merged or otherwise transferred.  In such transactions, user information, whether personally identifiable or otherwise, may be one of the transferred assets acquired by the third-party.

Our Site and associated computers are located in the United States. We use hosting services that may use servers located outside the United States.
